  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the terms specified in the invoice or agreement (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or recurring).

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur a penalty fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a service by providing written notice at least 7 business days in advance. Fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Refunds for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Donarus AI Consulting.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, tools, deliverables, and materials provided by Donarus AI Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business purposes only.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Donarus AI Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will protect any sensitive information shared during our engagement. Similarly, you agree not to disclose any proprietary methods, tools, or strategies provided by Donarus AI Consulting without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • Payment obligations are not met.

  • You engage in unlawful or unethical activities.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
